I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with over 15 years of broad clinical experience gained from various clinical settings ( additionally I have a background in cancer and palliative care as a specialist nurse). I can help you process and recover from challanging and traumatic experiences and losses, work through difficult endings of relationships. I can help you create strategies to manage your feelings including anxiety and panic, and help with emotional regulation.
